SHOP: BOOKS - Good internet site for used cookbooks. - One of the most comprehensive websites for new and used cookbooks on the internet. - Another of the internet’s best sites for new and used cookbooks. - London’s famous cookbook book store in Notting Hill, where I have taught when I have visited London when on tour for my British editions. - This website offers new and used books from a collaboration of independent booksellers. - This is the largest independent cookbook store in the U.S., probably in the world, carrying over 13,000 titles of new and out-of-print cookbooks.  A serious resource for chefs, caterers, home cooks, scholars, food writers, and anyone else with an interest in food.

SHOP: SUPPLIES - One of the oldest and finest sources for professional cookware in the country. – Seeds from Italy is a seed catalog company offering vegetable seeds, herb seeds , and flower seeds imported from Italy from the seed company Franchi Sementi; - Sells high quality cooking equipment and selected cookbooks, including  those they publish. They carry two cookbooks I have written for them.

COOKING SCHOOLS and ACCOMMODATIONS in ITALY - Cooking school in the historic district of Palermo, Sicily, run by Nicoletta Polo, Duchess of Palma.
