A culinary voyage through Italy at the farm and cooking school established by conductor and musician Skitch Henderson and his wife, Ruth. Founded in the 1970s in what was once the horse barn, the school is part of a non-profit organization dedicated to offering the public opportunities to explore music, arts, and food that features renown culinary masters including Jacques Pepin, Martha Stewart, and many others.

Class description: Learn how to make an egg pasta dough and a spinach pasta dough using Stone Barns eggs and greens; how to use a pasta machine to stretch your dough, and practice hand-cutting techniques for tagliatelle, maltagliati, pappardelle, fettuccine and farfalle.
