Nice shot! This pasta is a real breakthrough. Bart and I enjoyed it, and it is th eind of thing that busy people everywhere will like.
Even if such speed isn’t necessary in the home kitchen, it’s light and delicate, feels like a cross between fresh pasta and dried pasta, Adri.
